How it works
From search to answer

Each listing says what is paid for, who can apply, and when the window opens and closes.
- 02
Create an account
A free applicant account keeps your details and your applications in one place.
- 03
Apply in the window
Write your statement and send the form. Applying on the first day gives no advantage.
- 04

Shortlisted students are contacted by email or phone.
For hosts
Fund a student's trip

FAQ
Questions
Who can apply?
Anyone who meets the conditions listed on the grant. Each grant sets its own age range, country and study requirements.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and hosts are not allowed to charge applicants application, placement or administration fees.
What happens after I send an application?
It is stored as received and stays sealed until the deadline. Then every application for that grant goes to the host's selection panel together. Shortlisted students are contacted by email or phone.
Can I change an application after sending it?
No, so check your details first. If you spot a mistake, write to us through the contact form and we will pass the correction on.
Can I apply to more than one grant?
Yes. You can send one application to each grant.
How do I publish a grant?
Register as a host. We verify the organisation, then you draft the grant and submit it. After our review it is published here and announced in our Telegram channel.
