What Passage is
Passage is a listing and application service for travel grants. The grants are offered by independent hosts: schools, universities, governments, foundations, companies and private families. Passage does not fund the grants and does not promise that any application will be successful.
Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Keep your password private.
- We may suspend an account that is used to mislead people or to abuse the service.
Applicants
- Everything in your application must be true.
- You can apply once per grant, and only while its application window is open.
- An application cannot be edited after it is sent. Contact us if you need a correction.
- Selection decisions belong to the host. Applying is always free.
Hosts
- Hosts are verified by hand before they can submit grants, and every grant is reviewed before it is published.
- A grant must state exactly what it pays for and who can apply.
- Hosts must not charge applicants any application, placement or administration fee.
- Hosts must read the applications they receive and contact shortlisted students.
- We may return, unpublish or remove any grant, and revoke verification, if these rules are not followed.
Responsibility
Programmes, travel and accommodation are run by the hosts, not by Passage. To the extent the law allows, Passage is not liable for a host's actions, for changes to a programme, or for losses that come from a grant not being awarded. The service is provided as it is.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms: use the contact form.
