For hosts
Publish a travel grant for students
Passage gives schools, universities, governments, foundations and private families one place to list a grant and receive complete applications.
How it works
- 01
Register your organisation
Tell us who you are. We verify every host by hand before you can submit a grant.
- 02
Draft the grant
Destination, what you pay for, who can apply, and when the window opens and closes.
- 03
We review and publish
Our editors check the grant, publish it on Passage and announce it in our Telegram channel.
- 04
Receive the applications
When the window closes you get every application in one file.
What we ask of hosts
- State exactly what is paid for. “Partial support” without details is not accepted.
- Never charge applicants an application or placement fee.
- Read every application in the file and contact shortlisted students.
- Tell us who was selected, so we can close the grant.
Questions
Who can host?
Schools, universities, governments and embassies, foundations, companies and private families. We verify each organisation before it can submit grants.
Can I edit a grant after it is published?
Published grants are locked so applicants see stable terms. Contact us and we will change it for you.
When do I get the applications?
After the deadline. Applications stay sealed while the window is open, so nobody gets an early look.
